Healthy Infused Water

we drink water everyday.. so why don’t you try some infused water..

is easy to make and healthier.. so this is some simple and quick recipe that u can try..

1. Green tea, mint and lime => for fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and breath freshener.

2.  Strawberry and kiwi => for cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation and digestion.

3. Cucumber, lime and lemon => for water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration and digestion.

4. Lemon, lime and orange => for digestion vitamin c, immune defense and heartburn (drink this one at room temperature).

Infused water is good for detoxification energy and hydration. put as much fruit in water as you like and let the water sit for at least 30 minutes before drinking..

Refreshing Drink: Honey Lemon

this refreshing drink really easy to make.. but u need patient..

1. preparing the jar: wash n clean it very well. boil some water, pour it into the jar and the lid. dry well.

2. wash well 2 lemons. slice it thin. put in the jar.

3. pour in 300 ml of honey.

4. close the jar tightly. leave it in the fridge at least for 3 days. check and shake it every day, to mix the lemon juice.

5. after 3 days take out the lemon and store it in different container. to prevent the honey turn bitter.

how to make this refreshing drink? so simple..

just put some ice in the glass + 3-4 tbs honey (depend how sweet do u like) + 1-2 sliced lemons and fill the glass with water..

this are perfect for summer day.. its fresh, sweet, healthy and taste good… hope u like it.. thanks for reading this..

Blossoming Fried Onion inspired by outback

okay.. first thing to do:

1. fill your pot with oil. depend how tall is your onion. and heat it up on medium.

2. make the flour mixing: 2 cups all purpose flour + 1/8 cup oregano (or herb that u like) + 1tbs garlic powder + 2 tbs chicken powder + 1 tsp salt + 1 tbs chilli powder + 1 tsp sugar + 1 tbs pepper mix well

3. make the egg mixing: 2 eggs + 1 cup milk + 1 cup water

4. cut your onion into a blossoming flower

5. put into flour mixing

7. to the flour mixing again. until look like this

8. fried it bottom up first for 3-4 mnts

10. take it out. put on some kitchen towel.

u can make the dipping or just use some mayonnaise or chilli sauce.

Simple Fruit Salads

1. lime zest and lime juice from 1 lime mix together. add in 2 tbs sugars depend on the fruit and how sweet do you want it.

for this dressing u can use some tropical fruit. like mango, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, dragon fruit, cactus pear, watermelon or any fruit that u like. cut all the fruit in a bite size and mix in a giant bowl and mix well with the dressing.

serve it cold and you can serve it with a sorbet.

result: refreshing

2. this is very simple and good for breakfast. start with a banana what a breakfast without a banana and to add some creaminess to the dish. just slice the banana and put in a bowl. add some raspberry, blueberry and strawberry. loaded with vitamin c, anti oxidant and potassium plus a beautiful colour.

dressing: 1 – 2 tbs honey and add lemon juice from 1/2 lemon.

3. next double melon salad. this simple salad is good for barbecue cookout or any time on summer. serve it cold.

we need half watermelon and 1 cantaloupe.

use a melon baller to scoop out your watermelon, u can use spoon if u dont have the melon baller or just cut in a bite size. do the same to the cantaloupe.

dressing: 1 – 2 tbs honey, juice of 2 limes and chopped fresh mint.

4. lychee longan salad.

we need 2 cans longan, 2 cans lychee and 1 can mix fruit

dressing: 1/2cup mayonaise + 1/2 cup cream cheese mix well. add 2 tbs honey or powdered sugar + lemon zest and lemon juice + 2tbs lychee water.

mix all the fruits add the dressing mix well. top it with grated cheddar cheese.
