is easy to make and healthier.. so this is some simple and quick recipe that u can try..

1. Green tea, mint and lime => for fat burning, digestion, headaches, congestion and breath freshener.

2.  Strawberry and kiwi => for cardiovascular health, immune system protection, blood sugar regulation and digestion.

3. Cucumber, lime and lemon => for water weight management, bloating, appetite control, hydration and digestion.

4. Lemon, lime and orange => for digestion vitamin c, immune defense and heartburn (drink this one at room temperature).

Infused water is good for detoxification energy and hydration. put as much fruit in water as you like and let the water sit for at least 30 minutes before drinking..

TIPS: How to remove the Garlic Smell from your hands

I really love to cook in the kitchen, the only problem is  my hands always end up smelling after the day. Garlic, onion or the fish.

a great trick that i use is:

i wash my hands with coffee grain, i just rub a little bit of coffee grain in my hands place under some warm water and there u go…! the smell is gone. your hans sure smelled like coffee, but its better than garlic.

another trick is:

take something made of stainless steel, pretend it is bar of soap and rub between your fingers under cold water and the smell goes away the stickiness go away and you’re ready to party.

Homemade French Fries in easy way

French fries.. who doesn’t like this junk food.. it’s so delicious and so so so so so simple to make..

it only use 1 ingredient and that is a potato. if this so easy, why if we try to make it at home we always get the fatty and soggy chips instead the crispy and fluffy inside chips..

well maybe there is some explanation for that.. let me try to explain..

1. choose the right potato, u need to use the right variety of potato. maris piper,  sebago, russet or in french bintje.

2. peel the potato and put in water bowl to prevent turning brown.

3. size also matter. in order to get crispy in the outside and fluffy in the inside we need a proper cutting size. if the chips too thin it may end up u only got the crust. but if it too thick it might be not cooked trough. so 1cm or 1/3inch is the perfect size.

so cut the potato and rinse well to prevent sticking together.

4. dry it well with kitchen towel.

and then the cooking secret………

we will deep fried the chips not once, but twice..!!

5. first fry trough on medium heat and second on very high temperature  will form the crispy crust.

prepare the oil and heat up until 130’C and put in the chips. the first frying will be over when u can break the potato easily is about 7 – 10 minutes, cool it down.

and heat up the oil to 180’C put the chips back in. for 4 – 6 minutes and remove them from the oil. drain them and place them on kitchen towel to remove all the oil. immediately add some salt mix it well. let them cool down, if u can.

and thats the perfect french fries for me.. enjoy this recipe..

Basic Meat Marinades

1. Acidic Marinade -> lime, lemon or vinegar this acidic marinades will tenderised your meat

example: marinade chicken with lemon juice, olive oil and dry herb leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes or over night.

result => delicious, fresh and zingy

2. Enzymatic Marinade -> pineapple, papaya, kiwi or fig this fruits full of enzyme, it going to break down the protein in your meat

example: marinade pork or beef with pineapple, sesame oil, soy sauce and 5 spices maximum to 30 minutes only or you going to get mushy paste meat then tender meat.

result => sweet, sour and tender

3. Dairy Marinade -> yoghurt, milk or buttermilk

example: marinade lamb with yoghurt, bell pepper, onion, cumin and coriander leave it sit in a fridge for few hours

result => brilliant

PLEASE..!! do not use marinade as sauce unless u cook it through, because it has been contact with a raw meat. which is UNSAVE..!!

so thats 3 basic marinades.. enjoy it..

~Sugar Conversion = 1 cup US~

  1. Brown Sugar = 200 grams
  2. Icing Sugar = 125 grams
  3. Raw Sugar = 250 grams
  4. Granulated Sugar = 200 grams

  1. All Purpose Flour = 125 grams
  2. Bread Flour = 127 grams

~Butter Conversion~

  1. Stick of Butter = 113,4 grams
